For VapSelect retail customers, we ship via Canada Post. For United States retail customers, your package will be shipped via Canada Post and delivered via USPS.
We try to ship all in-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same day. In some situations it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.
We offer various Canada Post shipping options delivered within North America. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
For VapSelect wholesale customers, we ship via FedEx.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post’s Proof of Age (18+, 19+ or 21+ depending on your province or state) option on every single package, no exceptions.
Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.
Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.
We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age.
Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. Only the person named in the “Billing/Shipping” fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else.
For VapSelect retail customers, we offer free shipping on all orders in Canada and USA when you purchase $100.00 CAD or more at checkout. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited Shipping option for free shipping in North America. There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free.
We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc.) We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.
In the event your item is not successfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (wrong address, failure to pick up, under-age), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.
Orders shipped to outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. We cannot control this.
For VapSelect wholesale customers, free shipping options via FedEx apply to orders $300.00 CAD or more.
We process all in-stock orders 5 days a week, Mon-Fri (excluding Canadian holidays).
Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order will be prepared for shipment and handed off to a shipping carrier the following business day.
We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.
Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product’s page. If we are experiencing a larger-than-normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.
Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will go out the same day.
Canada Post do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.
For our retail customers we only ship via Canada Post, and via FedEx for our wholesale customers. We are unable to ship via UPS, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
For VapSelect retail customers, tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject “Your order has shipped!” is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

For VapSelect wholesale customers, once you have been provided with a tracking number via email, you can track your package via FedEx at https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track
For VapSelect retail customers, every package is insured up to $100.00 CAD on tracked packages only. In the event that Canada Post loses a package, we will only credit orders up to $100.00 CAD. USA non-tracked items do not have insurance, and will not be replaced in the event of loss.
For VapSelect wholesale customers, all shipments sent via FedEx are insured with full coverage.
Orders Outside of Canada
VapSelect offers multiple shipping options at various price points when shipping outside of Canada to the United States. You can find the shipping rates on the checkout page after filling out your delivery address.
Please ensure that you mind the laws of your country and state. We specialize in delivering tasty e-juice and affordable hardware to USA customers. There may be additional import duties and taxes when receiving your package. This is rated based on your country and is out of our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
For VapSelect retail customers, order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For VapSelect wholesale customers, Electronic Cigarette liquid (or e-juice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created. Since we typically mix to order, we are unable to cancel/refund/credit for juice that is already created, even if it is still within our facilities.
